LOG-LINE Plus![R] is a web-based search and access tool for A2D Technologies global collection of more than four million commercially available well logs. Users quickly locate and download data using either a text or map search method.
When performing text searches, users can specify a range of location and log attributes to narrow or broaden the scope of their search. Specific wells can be searched via API number, individually or by importing an existing list. The LOG-LINE Plus! map search is optimized for GIS browsing of an area to locate available well log data. Wells can be selected either individually or as a group. Both search methods yield a complete list of available logs from the candidate wells and, in most cases, logs are available for immediate download (licensed agreement required). Delivery estimates are available for advanced digitization and petro-physical processing.
LOG-LINE Plus! also works as part of a broader well log data management system. Participating companies are able to securely view their proprietary well log data assets seamlessly, along side commercially available data. Access from this single entry point significantly improves exploration productivity by eliminating time-consuming data procurement tasks. It also eliminates the cost of duplicate data purchases across an organization.
LOG-LINE Plus! is complemented by Silver-Wire[TM], a direct connection to A2D's well log database, from within 3rd party exploration software programs. Integrated data access keeps geologists focused on core tasks and prevents the need to exit the exploration workflow.
